Our return policy is simple, you have 14 days from the date of reception of your purchase to exchange or return for store credit any item bought online via Hatshop.com or through the Worth & Worth by Orlando Palacios NY store.
We take pride in the quality of our products and craftsmanship. Our policy is to ensure that all products supplied reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
We are unable to offer store credits on products that have been made to order or customized. However, we will work with you on the piece and try to meet your requirements should an order not meet your expectations. We will not commission another hat gratis nor will we exchange the item.
Return and Exchanges Process
For a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject "REQUEST RETURN". Add the description, size and colour of the item you wish to return in the body of the email. You can then return the products at your sole risk and expense using any safe and secured means to the following address:

A store credit will be issued via gift card within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including US taxes and excluding shipping costs.

Add the description, size and colour of the item you wish to exchange in the body of the email. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back to us if the sale item is above $300. Upon exchanging a product under $300, you will be eligible to pay a new postage charge if applicable. As soon as we receive it, we will send your alternative choice.
